We accept refunds and exchanges within 14 day refunds of receipt.
For Refunds: To be eligible, you must notify us before sending your item info@ellabulley.com. Your item must be unused in the same condition and in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To Exchange: For exchanges, please notify us before sending your item to info@ellabulley.com. This is to ensure your requested size is in stock and can be held for you until you return your item.
Exchanges will be granted free delivery. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 working of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
